Graham Chisnell BAQTS(Hons) MAEd NLE FCCT - Chief Executive Officer
Graham has been a university lecturer in primary education and science at Canterbury Christ Church University. He became a headteacher in 1998 and has led three primary schools. He is a National Leader of Education and Ofsted lead inspector and has worked with the London Centre for Leadership in Learning as a Mentor-Coach trainer. He received a national award for evidence based leadership in 2016 in recognition of the research based culture he fosters in his school and trust. He was appointed as a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching in 2018. He is also an educational author and has published a book called Irresistible Learning - embedding a culture of research in schools.

Jill has expertise in staff training. Jill is an accredited assessor for South Kent College and supports staff training at diploma level, providing on site coaching and assessments. Jill works across trust schools to coach staff in evidence-informed practice, developing career pathways for staff that support their professional development, strengthen the school and benefit the trust.
