Graham Chisnell BAQTS(Hons) MAEd NLE - Chief Executive Officer
Graham has been a university lecturer in primary education and science at Canterbury Christ Church University. He became a headteacher in 1998 and has led three primary schools. He is a National Leader of Education and Ofsted inspector and has worked with the London Centre for Leadership in Learning as a Mentor-Coach trainer. He received a national award for evidence based leadership in 2016 in recognition of the research based culture he fosters in his school and trust. Graham's key roles in Veritas Multi Academy Trust are strategic leadership and standards.
Alison Moon - Trust Business Manager & Company Secretary
Alison is a fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders. She has been Company Secretary for Veritas Multi Academy Trust since its creation in 2015 and has expertise in both financial management and legal requirements of academies. Alison's key roles in Veritas Multi Academy Trust are financial management, legal processes, procurement and marketing.
Jill Crump - Trust Research and Development Lead
Jill has expertise in staff training. Jill is an accredited assessor for South Kent College and supports staff training at diploma level, providing on site coaching and assessments. Jill works across trust schools to coach staff in evidence informed practice, developing career pathways for staff that support their professional development, strengthen the school and benefit the trust.

Anne-Marie Middleton - Headteacher Pilgrims' Way - Behaviour, Welfare and Safeguarding
Anne-Marie is the Head of School of Warden House Primary School and has expertise in the fields of behaviour management and safeguarding provision. She has a wide range of experience in behaviour management for pupils with complex needs, multi agency liaison and safeguarding. Anne-Marie also leads on middle management development.
Rob Hackett - Headteacher Warden House - Curriculum and Assessment
Rob is the Assistant Head of School of Warden House Primary School and has expertise in curriculum design, assessment and monitoring the quality of teaching and learning. Rob also leads on middle management development of subject leaders and curriculum standards data analysis.
