Leadership
Schools will receive support in developing school leadership, including the appointment of headteachers across the trust. Through mentor-coaching programmes, senior leaders across the trust will develop their analytically skills to both challenge and support practice within their academy.
The CEO will support academies with the appraisal of their headteachers and advise governors on effective appraisal procedures. Using a digital system for training and appraisal, staff across the trust can work together on research based appraisal targets, sharing their practice across academies within the trust and beyond.
